It rained thrice in succession today. Each time it poured, I could sense the melancholy that came along. When the first cloudburst hit land at home, i could see the precipitation paint the buildings outside to a sombre shade of grey. Yes it was that heavy. The drizzle during curriculum time wasnt that bad; the field was wet and i decided not to hang around there. The third shower went on an onslaught, I quickly ran home...

Well, today's teachers' day celebrations was a total waste of time, fortunately it was D&T (useless) and HCL (which i hate) that we missed so, no hard feelings from me. And yeah, the finale rock band was a disappointment (esp the vocalists, and Mr McCaleenan can go back to teaching, pls...)

Btw i met some CHIO BUs @ NLPS. It was worth the taxi fare, I guess...

Yes, I will be going to NLPS tmr. There is no band tmr, which means I can slack...=D  Well, it's been so long, will be the first time im going back to northland as alumni. Hope i can get to see some of my chio ex-classmates.. haha. Anyone wanna go tgt call  me. my number hasnt change...

idk wat to write, but someone asked me to update this blog. well, i'll start wif some crap philosophy that i just crapped out from my crappy brain.   CRAP!

I realised that people are rather instinctive than intellectual today.

1. What language will you speak to when u meet a stranger?  English(singlish isn't globally accepted as a language, so it doesn't counts)? mandarin? Would you like study him/her for two whole days then deciide which language to speak? Or would u just whack some cheem english? Can guessing have a go?

2. How do u make ur way to sch? (if ur dad doesn't drive you then... duh!) would u like analyse how every step u take would lead u away from school, or would u just walk the same way u did yesterday, still in that sleeping mood? ( i can't think of a better instinctive example...  :(   )

3.how would u react when u go to this website ( warning: pls turn OFF ur speakers, gore, horror, malicious, morbid, scary; if ur have got heart problems, skip this; note that i am NOT liable if u become sick/ill/even die/annoy ur neighbours/ develop nightmares   aft u go to this website...) : http://www.killerjo.net/.  would u like scream in fear and have goosebumps appear on ur skin? or would u just dismiss  this as another lame site, which is used to scare the daylights out of people? ( which is what im doing...)

As the 'parady' blasted through the conductor's newly-bought speakers, I began to think of 2011. Not the 'O' levels la, look at my title...  -.-  Yes, that fantastic piece was played by some Japanese Sec 2 band for their Japanese contest, similar to our SYF, some grade 4+, I reckon?
Early this year, our seniors aced their way through SYF with Golden Jubilee (grade 3). Our japanese counterparts are PWNing some grade 4+ piece, while we are like struggling through Exultate and March 98.

What the Hell...

Then the conductor was like taunting us about the dull 34 years of no-gold-awards before the 2nd milleniuem came, obviously, picking on our musicality handicap. Well, it can't be helped that some 14 year-old are owning us( and our seniors -_-)

being a sec 2-- and having one sec 1 under my wing who is like also pwning me( although i always catch up, hey he got 2 years experience leh...), I coundn't help but think whether we could maintain our standards of honour, or fall beneath the shadows of our past glory...   Well,  you got me thinking...
