Nobody is Perfect, I'm nobody. [11:26 PM]
4 sets. All lost. All
hope is
lost.
Try enduring 4 sets of humiliation to your almost senile grandfather, and then facing his bumptiously cockeyed smile (he was wearing dentures by the way). So much for being the preceding Chinese chess champion in my maternal family. The loses were big blows, especially when my ignorant younger cousin was observing the match. (
"
How can you lose, last time tyko de la...") Those words still linger in my mind, scarring the daylights (or rather,
moonlight since its nighttime...) out of my ego. Just imagine, my parents are leaving my brother and I with the old man and grandma off to China for 6 days, and what if he comes knocking on my door requesting for a little skirmish...
Anyhow, it's been a long time since my last post. Yeah, been busy with band and games...hehheh. I'm still in the tardy temperament, not ready for Sec 3 revision... -.-
If you have realised, I changed my blogskin, why? Err...( the quiescent mind gets into thinking...) We must change as time changes, just like how fashion changes when the trend becomes outdated, or else we become stuck like Superman without Kryptonite.
reality at its best.
